Is it me or does 15 year old Taylor Momsen look a lil to grown up here. I love her to death but i am hope she doesnt turn into lil Miley Cyrus. First she is wearing a Philosophy Spring 2008 sequined dress. Second WAY to short on such a young girl. Hopefully next time she gets it right.
