British actress Kate Beckinsale looked gorgeous in a Elie Saab Spring 2008 Couture strapless cocktail dress for her premiere of Nothing But The Truth at the Toronto Film Festival this week.Her stunning dress, from one of my favourite designers, is an ivory baby doll dress, with an embellished bodice and striped and brocade skirt. She wore silver pumps to compliment the dress.Her hair was teased into an elegant updo to complete her flawless look.
